When composing a message, the link color specified in the template builder or HTML body of the message will normally set the color of the links; however, some Web-based email clients, such as Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Outlook.com, etc. remove the HTML body tag. This causes link colors to use the default Web browser link color (e.g. blue) instead of the link color specified.
To force the link color in most email clients:
- Click on the link in the message
- Click the "Insert/Edit Link" button
- Click the "Advanced" tab
- Enter "color: #000000;" or "color: black;" into the "Style" field
- Replace "#000000" or "black" with the color of your choice
- Click "Update"
Note: This should be repeated on each applicable link.
