Contacts provide a place to store a person's contact information including:
- Email address (required)
- Name
- Nickname
- Company
- Phone numbers
- Postal addresses
- Gender
- Notes
Other common names for contacts include:
- Subscribers
- Recipients
To create contacts manually (ideally suited for a small number of contacts):
- Click on the “Contacts” tab
- Click on the “New Contact” link
- Type in an “Email Address” and other information for the contact
- Contact's information can be used to personalize emails, which typically improves the response rate
- Click the yellow “Create” button
- You may have to scroll down to see the button
- Alternately, to create another contact, click the “Create & Add New” button
