Messages are often referred to as campaigns, emails, or blasts.
A message can contain one or more lists, individual contacts, and/or sent message segments (opened, clicked, unopened, unclicked). After the message is sent, each contact will receive one email per message even if the contact was on multiple lists and those lists were selected for the message.
To send a new message (from the Dashboard):
- Click "New Message" under the Dashboard tab
- or - - Click the orange "Send Message" button in the "Jump right in" section
